About:

BCIT is one of British Columbia's largest post-secondary institutions with more than 48,000 students enrolled annually (16,600 full-time, 31,600 part-time).BCIT has six schools of study (business, computing & academic studies, construction & the environment, energy, health sciences, transportation).British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study.

History:

 

Founded in 1964, British Columbia Institute of Technology is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the suburban setting of the large town of Burnaby (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), British Columbia. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Ministry of Advanced Education, British Columbia, British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 15,000-19,999 students) educational higher education institution.

I YEARLY TUITION RANGE

BCIT programs typically consist of 10 to 15 courses per year - a good value for your educational investment.

  • Average tuition cost per year for a two-year diploma program:

CAD $13,500 - CAD $19,500.

  • Average tuition cost per year of a full-time degree program:

CAD $16,500 - CAD $20,000.
